ORDERING AND PAYMENT:

Can I return my items?
Yes, we accept returns, on any unworn, unwashed, or unaltered items with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of their ship date. This excludes Final Sale items. For more details, please see our full Return Policy.

I ordered the wrong items.  Can I change or cancel my order once it is submitted?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed.

Can I order over the phone?
We do not have the ability to take orders over the phone at this time.  

When I will be refunded for my return?
Refunds for returns are processed within 7-10 days after receipt of returned items.

 

SHIPPING AND TRACKING:

How long do orders usually take to ship?
Items ship within 1-3 business days of order receipt. Delivery is 3-5 business days from when your order ships.

Why am I having trouble with my tracking number?

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?
We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels at this time.  We recommend that you use a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
