- We accept any unworn, unwashed, or unaltered items with original tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of their ship date.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. Final sale items are clearly marked.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges. (Please note that we cannot accept C.O.D. packages).
- Once we receive your return, it may take up to 7-10 days to inspect and process the refund. Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used for purchase.
- ModStage Apparel is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
